Do you ship internationally? What is the shipping cost?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany and France. All customers receive a shipment tracking. We want your experience to be as smooth and transparent as possible-just the way we like it.
What are your shipping and processing times?
We will ship items within 2 working days of placing your order. Your order will arrive depending on the shipping method chosen at the checkout. Most orders in the US arrive within 3-7 business days, internationally in 3-4 days.
We are not liable for any customs fees that may apply to international arrivals.
If your order does not arrive on time or is held by the shipping service provider, please send us an email with your order number to support@naturesprings.co.
Processing times
Orders will be processed 1-2 working days after placing the order before they are shipped. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
If your items are being sent, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email that provides you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Contact us and we will solve the problem!
